This BPM solution provider is leveraging a number of long-term relationships with blue-chip organisations in Sydney. They provide management consultancy in the delivery of technology-based business transformation projects, predominantly (although not exclusively) in the financial services sector.
They are currently seeking to add several individuals to their team, to develop solutions for clients, usually utilising the Metastorm BPM suite. Day to day tasks will include:
- Participating in and potentially leading discovery and solution development workshops
- Solution Design
- Developing the solution, including interface development
- Implementation, including system testing
- Preparing documentation
- User training
- Application support once the new system is live
The Consultants will also assist with the pre-Sales process, for example by leading product demonstrations and assisting with requirements workshops.
It is expected that the successful applicants will have between 2 and 6 years of software development experience, including some prior experience within a Consulting organisation. Solid SQL skills are essential, along with competency with one or more of Java, .Net or C++ (or another OO language). Prior Metastorm product experience is not required - training will be provided. Experience with other BPM products will be considered an advantage but is not essential.
These are client facing roles and so it is essential that candidates are articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates with weak spoken English skills will not be considered.
A numerate degree from a Tier One university is considered essential.
