This medium sized commercial specialist firm advises clients throughout Australia on managed investments and raising capital for listed and unlisted offers. Their clients are drawn from all commercial sectors of the economy, including funds management, financial services, rural and agribusiness firms, property development and management, venture capital, accounting, legal and other professions.
There is a current vacancy for a Corporate/Property Funds Lawyer to join the team. The role will involve advising on all aspects of managed investment schemes specialising in property funds. You will also be exposed to capital raising work, and other general corporate matters. You will have a grounding in Corporate/Commercial law with 2 to 5 years post admission experience. You will need to have a strong desire to specialise in this area of corporate law. The firm offers you a dynamic work environment and a cohesive team.
