Are you looking to move into a Sales role? Would you like to work for an international company and work towards a role with unlimited earnings? Abraxas Technologies, based in the Sydney CBD, are the Australian business within an international technology recruitment firm. We recruit both IT and Telecommunications staff for predominantly corporate customers across a range of industry sectors, both within Australia and also across the wider Asia Pacific region. We are part of the Vedior Group, the third largest recruitment organisation in the world today. Due to growth and a busy IT&T labour market, we are currently looking to hire a graduate trainee who wishes to enter the IT industry in a Sales-related role. We will provide all necessary training for the right individual. Initially you will learn how to identify and shortlist candidates for vacancies within the companies in our existing customer base. In time, if you show the aptitude, ability and desire, you will be moved into a client-facing role, developing and building relationships with your own customers. For this exciting opportunity, we are looking for an individual with the ability to understand how different IT&T systems and products fit and work together (but only on a generic level). More importantly, you will have an outgoing personality, exceptional verbal & written communication skills and a willingness to work hard - and
'get on the phone' - in order to achieve the personal and financial goals we will set you. You must understand the issues involved in providing good customer service - the bedrock of any good quality recruitment firm. With the conditions that now exist in the IT&T recruitment marketplace, a bright, outgoing and hard-working individual can expect to be earning a six-figure salary within two years of entering our industry.
