We are seeking an experienced professional to join the team and be the face and voice of this busy blue chip company.
Based in the CBD, your main focus will be to maintain an efficient reception area. This role requires someone who has the ability in managing an extremely busy reception with both face to face and over the telephone enquiries. Your responsibilities will also include ordering couriers, mail and email distribution and other administration duties.
To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience working in a corporate reception role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Maintain a quality service to both internal and external clients
- Intermediate MS Suite knowledge
