This construction team are involved with providing advice, drafting and negotiating with regards to both construction contracts and risk assessments for large-scale contracts. Matters typically involve new infrastructure, pipelines, power stations and water supply, turnkey construction contracts, joint ventures, B.O.O. or B.O.O.T arrangements, partnering, project alliances and public private partnerships. Your role will be a front-end intermediate position and will involve both working closely with the partners and mentoring more junior lawyers.
You will have a strong front-end background, predominantly in construction and be looking for a firm where the culture is as important as the work itself. You will be a good communicator and enjoy a collaborative environment and you will be seeking a firm in which you can establish yourself and grow with the role.
