An excellent opportunity exists for a Receptionist to join this Australian owned and operated publicly listed company. You will be the first point of contact, dealing with both internal and external clients whilst providing administration support to various divisions such as marketing.
You will require experience in a similar role, or in a customer service role in Financial Services. This dedicated and focused team will ensure that you are given excellent training and development so that you have strong careers prospects within the company.
The technical competencies you will require are;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Word processing and formatting
- Switchboard
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge

Corporately presented in this role, you will need to demonstrate intermediate MS Office and possess a minimum typing speed of 40wpm. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with highly develop interpersonal skills.
