This leading Queensland practice provides commercial advice on all insurance related matters including claims, policy interpretation, dual insurance issues, policy wordings, strategic planning for the defence of major claims and review of procedures and systems for major insurers.
There is an exciting vacancy for a lawyer to work closely with insurers in the areas on public liability, personal injury, property damage and product liability claims. There is a real variety of claims for professionals looking to cement their specialisation in the insurance area.
You will need to have 2 years plus post admission experience in defendant insurance matters, although quality plaintiff experience may be considered. Strong communication skills, a good work ethic and the ability to work as a part of a cohesive team are essential.
