As an employer who provides unlimited opportunities to build your career this is a rare opening for a Business Development Manager to represent its three well known and established hotels in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for the development of existing commercial accounts as well as the introduction of new accounts for all market segments.
Key Responsibilities will include;
- Research and identify new prospects for Corporate, Government, and Inbound/Wholesale and Conferencing business.
- Develop business opportunities by working with various industries bodies
- Presentations/inductions to large commercial clients
- Budget/Forecasts/Business Plans
- Ability to account manage commercial clients
Experiences/Attributes you will require;
- 2-3 years Account Management experience (preferably within Travel and/or Tourism)
- Strong working knowledge of Corporate and Conference Markets
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
