LIFE INSURANCE OR CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

As a Service Consultant within the Retail Life Insurance division you will provide 1st class service to valued Advisers and Clients in regards to existing Risk insurance policies within an environment of innovation, excellence and change.

Responsibilities…

  • Attend to adviser and or client telephone enquiries regarding existing risk policies
  • Be competent in using all relevant systems and supporting tools
  • Maintain a professional, friendly and positive telephone manner
  • Process Alterations from client enquiries accurately and timely
  • Pass on more detailed Alterations work for further follow up
  • Produce high quality and accurate work
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain an awareness of adviser group business issues, provide relevant input and inform the team

  • Previous inbound call centre experience
  • Demonstrated administration skills desired but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and team skills
  • Ability to recognise, analyse and solve problems
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, plan own work and show initiative in problem solving
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated administration skills
