Description
Due to continued business initiatives this market leader in the Insurance sector are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join their team implementing a new solution for their Superannuation / Pension products
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for :
Liaise with relevant business users and project stakeholders to understand and review existing processes
Define and document business requirements / functional specifications / design specifications
Lead and participate in Workshops to understand business requirements and Vendor solutions
Liaise with business , technology staff and vendors to advise and implement appropriate solutions through the full SDLC
Work closely with Project Manages and provide Project Reporting to relevant parties
Provide guidance and support activities to team members
Assist in planning and coordinating testing activities when appropriate.
Ideal Candidates for this role should demonstrate:
Previous experience working as a Business Analyst - minimum 3 years +
Excellent documentation skills - requirements / functional specifications
Solid experience delivering software solutions through the full SDLC -
Previous experience working within the Financial Services Industry
Knowledge of Super / Pensions would be an advantage but not essential
Ability to liaise and interface with all levels of the business community
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
