This supportive, progressive team seeks a lawyer with solid Banking & Finance transactional exposure. Good $$ & well resourced National team.
This role offers real career prospects and exposure to a variety of work, including:
* Corporate and acquisition finance;
* Construction finance including planning, environmental, property and domestic building issues;
* Syndicated lending;
* Securitisation and receivables programs swaps, derivatives and foreign exchange advice;
* Financial structures including stamp-duty effective structuring;
* Consumer Credit Code;
* Share purchases, sales and shareholder/joint venture arrangements;
* Project & infrastructure finance;
* Asset & structured finance; and
* Capital markets
You will have a minimum of 5 yrs' experience in banking and finance law - whether niche experience or a more general B&F mix.
