Because we’ve promoted the current manager in our Sydney Accountancy office, we now have a vacancy for a strong people-leader who has excellent recruitment skills. It would be a big advantage if the successful applicant had some experience in the finance or accounting sectors, but it’s not critical.

In this role you’ll manage a team of specialist recruiters focusing in the finance and accounting markets. Being in the central city gives you the opportunity to rub shoulders with some real movers and shakers, both as clients and as your colleagues.

Leading a team of motivated people you’ll be wholly responsible for the success of your office. As a manager in our business you’ll no longer be responsible for a portfolio, instead you’ll be setting your own budgets and driving your business strategically. You’ll achieve success through your team, guiding and coaching them to success by ensuring that they’re fully up to speed on the processes that will get results.
