Legal Eagles is currently looking for experienced paralegal's in the area of Due Diligence. Your past experience along with our hard working and flexible attitude will be highly regarded.
Your primary duties will involve indexing documents included in due diligence databases, and for virtual data rooms.
Key criteria include:
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability - to longer working hours when needed, unexpected and often urgent requests
- Flexibility - able to juggle competing tasks and changing workloads
- Results oriented team player - happy to do whatever needs doing in order to get the job done
- Proven intellect - legally qualified staff are preferred, but if an applicant has particular commercial common sense and some other qualification, we would be willing to consider them
- Technical aptitude - staff will be using databases, Excel, Word, and Internet sites
- Typing speed at least 40 words per minute
- Spelling and grammar must be excellent
- Excel and Word skills preferred
