Description
- Requires 2 years+ of billing systems tech support exp
- Requires solid Unix, SQL and Perl scripting exp
- Telecomms industry exp preferred but not essential
This leading Telco is looking for an additional experienced Billing Support Analyst for their Billing Production Support Group. The team concerned supports the payments, collections and fraud management systems, but the skills required are fairly generic. They need a person with billing systems experience, Unix, Oracle, PL/SQL and Perl scripting, with an aptitude to learn new applications quickly .
Skills required include some or all of:
1. Proven Billing support experience in an operational 24x7 environment2. Technical and business understanding of Telco Billing, Rating and Mediation processes.3. UNIX skills, including solid Shell and Perl scripting skills4. Oracle database experience5. Strong SQL skills6. Packaged Billing application experience
