Due to an influx of business, I am looking for experienced claims officer to join this national insurer. On offer is a great location, ongoing training and the real career development is on offer.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate a background in claims. Ideally, your role will see you assisting clients with their death, disability and permanent injury claims. You will be the first point of call for new claims and will sometimes help with other staff’s claims. Once you are familiar with this role, you will then gain further experience in claims assessing and any other associated roles on a rotation basis if you are deemed successful.
Strong verbal communication skills are a must but you will also need to build rapport quickly.
