Description
- Experienced Test Manager with large, complex blue-chip test management exp
- Run the Test function across the entire on-line trading area (multiple teams)
- To $150K package + bonus
- experience as a Test Manager of multiple teams, with in-depth testing experience, ideally with a background in financial services, specifically financial markets. However a solid blue-chip technology background will suffice
- comfort in a fast paced, commercial, delivery driven and highly ambitious business
- excellent people management skills
- excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients, business, developers, senior managers and other team members
- clear, pragmatic and context aware understanding of the testing function
- strong sense of ownership and self motivation, with a passion for delivering quality
- strong attention to detail and high analytical ability
- experience at the testing coal face. Preparing, executing and managing test design/test cases, data, strategies, plans and schedules
- experience with test management and automation tools, ideally the Mercury suite.
