This new branch is developing a team of talent and you will be the first to make your mark in administration.

With the expansion of the Brisbane office this opportunity calls for an experienced administrator who has had exposure to working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. Supporting various areas of the business your key role will include the following:

  • Administration support
  • Maintaining an in-house database system and Utilising QuickBooks
  • Ability to deal with the communications supplier and follow their procedures
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Answering incoming calls and directing to correct personnel.
  • Preparation of presentations and proposals.

With 2-3 years experience in an administration role preferably in telecommunications, you will demonstrate strong MS skills, experience in using MYOB or QuickBooks and an excellent attitude. Apply TODAY. Contact Alicia Sellwood.
