- For entry level some solid experience in administration or processing within financial services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- RG146 is desirable but not essential
- Defined benefit experience with member investment choice knowledge and annual review experience is strongly desirable
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent work ethic
