With a history of excellent in delivering on time Sydney Civil projects this company has an opportunity for a Site Supervisor to work on road, rail, earthworks, water and various other civil projects. Having recently won several multi million dollars projects they are looking for a Civil Foreman to drive their projects forward to successful completion with a emphasis on Quality and OHS.
The key responsibilities in this role include:
- Strong working understand of OHS with a drive to make this a key component of all projects
- Good understanding of Quality Systems and Environmental Management
- Ability to motivate staff with strong supervision and people skills
- Sound planning and organisational skills
- Ideally with a background in major civils, earthmoving, roads, subdivisions
- High work ethic and a drive to complete projects on time and to the agreed programme
Ideally you will have several years experience in a Foreman role, running crews of staff and allocating machines. In this role you may be required to work on projects that are not going according to plan and you may be across more than one project.
This role will suit a driven Foreman who likes to complete a programme on time and a job to the highest specifications. This role allow for further career development and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
