Description
Leading Wealth Management Company have a requirement for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join a new Programme initative to review and consolidate their processes to implement service catalog
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for :
- Initiate and drive workshops to understand existing processes
- Mapping existing processes -
- Provide and make recommendations on process improvements / consolidations arcoss business units
- Develop and support relevant change management strategy
- Work closely with Project Manager and fellow business analysts to identify and raise potential risks and issues
Ideal Candidates for this role should demonstrate:
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst minimum 5 years +
- Previous experience providing Process improvements in a complex corporate environment
- Solid experience and knowledge around best Practice - ITIL Processes / 6 Sigma
- Previous experience working within the Financial Services Industry would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- Ability to liaise and interface with all levels of the business community
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
