Working towards set objectives, your key responsibilities include the management of four key areas; Telecoms, Fleet, Building Services and Property. Leading by example whilst working closely with your direct reports, your aim will be to provide a strategic focus across these business units with profit and commercial benefit your key measures.
Possessing tertiary qualifications in an industry or business management discipline, you will have demonstrated experience in property and fleet management showing your commercial acumen and proven abilities to manage to key internal and external stakeholders, coupled with your flair for strategic direction and the ability to challenge the status quo.
