This organisation is one of
- Debt collection over the telephone only, with responsibility for your own ledger;
- Cash allocations,
- Maintain accurate records on collection activity or disputed items for review with National Credit Manager as agreed
- Assist with all areas of accounts receivable as required to ensure the team meets its overall goals
You will report to the National Credit Manager who would love to work with somebody who enjoys accounts receivable work and provides high quality service to customersTo apply, candidates should have some previous accounts receivable experience within a medium sized finance team. This is not an entry level role. You should be confident and pleasant on the phone, enjoy the long term relationship building with clients and have a solid phone debt collection exposure.
