This top-tier Real Estate and Funds Management team services all aspects of asset management and have particular skill in complex structured transactions (including developments) and funds management products which involve real estate.
The team advises some of Australia's largest fund managers, corporations and multinationals, including some of Australia's most significant real estate deals, trust floats, mergers and development projects, and sale and leaseback transactions for major banks and corporations. The range of services provided includes:
- general real estate and structured real estate transactions;
- real estate and funds management (including IPOs and new products);
- retirement village developments;
- aged care housing;
- stapling of vehicles;
- mergers and takeovers of funds and businesses;
- development projects and real estate finance;
- custody & administration, and preparation & amendment of trust deeds;
- licensing, corporate governance and compliance; and
- asset management, investment management, investor-directed portfolio, nominees and custody services
There is an exciting vacancy for an experienced property lawyer with at least 2 years post admission experience, with an interest or experience in retirement village developments and aged care housing, to join the practice. You will have the opportunity to receive mentoring and training from experts and leaders in this field.
