Our client is a thriving Commercial practice who is seeking to employ their own in-house legal team - and where better to start their recruitment than at the top?? Your new title could be that of "Director" of this Incorporated Legal Practice!
You will, in time, be responsible for a team of lawyers, but in these initial stages you must be capable of handling all the legal matters that arise personally.
In particular, you will be working on -
* the formation of business structures, including companies, trusts, and super funds;
* drafting company constitutions; and
* drafting sale of businesses, leases and unit holder agreements.
There is plenty of work to keep you busy so you do not need to worry about bringing in your own!
If you have between four to five years Commercial / Corporate experience, want to work in a relaxed suburban environment and have the confidence to step into this start-up position - then you must apply below!
