Our client is a national provider of Mining and drilling and also services the natural resources industry, with years of experience of innovation, safety, reliability and quality. They require an experienced Hr Trainer and developer to manage and provide support to their friendly associates.
Major Responsibilites:
- Ensure operational HR services and support are effective for Company operations and supervise the work of the HR team
- Develop and implement practical and relevant equitable human resources policies
- Provide personal coaching, counselling and support to enable operational managers and supervisors to implement HR practices in compliance with laws, standards and awards
- Develop systems and procedures for conducting performance reviews
- Implementation of legal and practical HR policies
Selection Criteria:
- Previous supervisory experience leading a small team providing Hr services
- A minimum of 2 years Hr work experience
- Skills in preparing and implementing operational Hr policies and practices
- Interpersonal skills with experience in negotiations, counselling and resolving personnel problems
