This low key and privately owned business has quietly gone about its business of offering solid advice and consistent ongoing service and is now a well established practice with numerous referral sources. The advice they offer is not about being the best in the market, but to act on what they say they will do and for their advice to be conservative. The client base is more modest with some HNW clients. They have grown the business significantly and are now looking to implement a servicing adviser to compliment their clients.
You will be responsible for the management of the client service diary - and ensuring that you meet with clients on an ongoing basis, looking after their needs. You will review their structures, portfolios and their ongoing life changes. In addition to this you will need to occassionally take in referrals from the other planners and be confident of converting the business. It is highly preferrable that you can write SOAs, although you will be supported with paraplanning and client service staff.
With preference for a CFP, it will be necessary for you to have completed the ADFS or Grad Dip of Financial Planning. You will have experience as a financial planner and are motivated by giving excellent service to clients. This is a rare opportunity to be within a quality practice without the hassle of sales targets.
