Your role will include acting for companies, individuals and investors on a range of strategic legal issues for their expansion and divestment strategies.
You will demonstrate expertise in:
* Preparing, reviewing, negotiating + advising in relation to agreements including shareholder / partnership / distribution + JV's;
* Sale + purchase of businesses;
* Privacy + data protection;
* Franchising;
* Corporate governance advice incl director's duties;
* Taxation issues;
* Financial services regulation;
* Trade practices;
* Structuring; and
* Finance.
