This charismatic Partner is working on a number of interesting energy & resources projects across a variety of countries and the group provides advice to large corporate's on major and complex acquisitions and divestments, joint venture arrangements and project structuring as well as large scale due diligence processes.
Due to continued expansion, the team is seeking a solid corporate/commercial lawyer preferably with experience in the energy & resources areas. However, lawyers with strong corporate/commercial experience and a "genuine" interest in developing a strong expertise in the energy & resources area are encouraged to enquire.
In addition to working with an established client base you will have the opportunity to be involved in some "high quality, complex and varied" work with the support and expert mentoring from a Partner considered an industry "guru".
