Description

- Initially a 3 month contract - Immediate Start
This project based role exists to promote organisational development and change initiatives during a time of restructure within a large and complex, service based industry. The main focus is on recruitment and selection, systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on a wide range of HR issues, awards and processes
- Conducting Job analysis reviews
- Endorsing change initiatives to reach strategic objectives
- Development and management of HR projects
- Recruitment
- HRIS Systems reporting and analysis
Experience in a similar change environment is necessary, as is a proven ability to provide sound recruitment advice and project manage. A strong knowledge of various HR systems is essential.
Both a Mercer Job Analysis qualification and a Certificate IV in Workplace training and assessment are highly desirable. You will have a tertiary HR related qualification.
