Description
Due to continued business initiatives this market leader in the Finance sector are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join their team working on a core component of a major software project across Tax / Corporate Actions.
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for :
- Liaise with relevant business users and project stakeholders to understand and review existing processes
- Define and document business requirements / functional specifications / design specifications
- Lead and participate in Workshops to understand business requirements and Vendor solutions
- Liaise with business , technology staff and vendors to advise and implement appropriate solutions through the full SDLC
- Work closely with Project Manages and provide Project Reporting to relevant parties
- Provide guidance and support activities to team members
- Assist in planning and coordinating testing activities when appropriate.
Ideal Candidates for this role should demonstrate:
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst - minimum 3 years +
- Excellent documentation skills - requirements / functional specifications
- Solid experience delivering software solutions through the full SDLC -
- Previous experience working within the Financial Services Industry
- Specific Industry knowledge acrossTax / Corporate Actions
- Ability to liaise and interface with all levels of the business community
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
