Superannuation is a major focus for this business. Their success in this area has meant the significant expansion of other divisions. The business is intelligent, professional and has a very straight forward and likeable approach to the way they work. Their large superannuation division is now requiring the talents of an experienced compliance consultant to assist them in their broader team.
As a Compliance Consultant you will report in to the Compliance Manager and be responsible for:
- Managing the investigation and rectification of compliance breaches
- Developing a relationship with and working with the business to help identify weaknesses in operations
- Providing support on projects that result from a legislative change and performing compliance reviews of standard business documents
- Help manage the delivery of quality monitoring by performing reviews and audits
- Maintaining relevant compliance plans, compliance documents and policies
- Monitoring and reporting for internal committees
You are an experienced compliance officer or analyst within a superannuation group and have a sound and practical knowledge of the SIS Act. Ideally you are RG 146 compliant with a relevant degree/ASFA qualification. You are a clear communicator and can influence practice.
