In this role you will be responsible for the assessment, management and administration of a portfolio of risk product claims and will have authority to determine benefits with and without management referral. You will also complete reviews, providing review feedback, providing specific feedback to individuals on outcome of reviews as well as providing technical support/training when required.
To be successful in this role you will have a medical terminology certificate and/or qualifications, extensive insurance industry experience including legislation knowledge, claims process knowledge and investigation techniques.
