- Funds System Implementation/Integration &/or Unit Registry expreqd
- Contract or Permanent hire
- Conduct the full lifecycle of business analysis activities including requirements definition, scope definition, process mapping, functional design, testing, implementation & user training
- Conduct business process re-engineering workshops and assist in the development of new business processes and procedures
- Project manage small to medium sized projects from inception through to implementation
- Experience in business analysis with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent leadership, customer service capabilities and strong communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability and self motivation
- Ability to quickly establish requirements and ability to work closely with the business to deliver the most appropriate outcome
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Project management, planning and organisation skills
- Experience with back office Funds Management system implementations such as Unit Registry - ideally Composer or Gatekeeper, Hiportfolio , pControl, Simcorp Dimension, Charles River/CRD or similar
Business Analysts with a proven track record working in a highly changeable business environment, including business, process & systems intergration/mergers experience in Funds Management of particular interest. The suitable canddiate will also be sufficiently experienced, pragmatic and business savvy to help navigate/coerce around/through bottlenecks & issues resulting from the three business areas merging.
