Organization
This property fund management organization prides itself upon their company vision of being innovative in a complex market. Their financial products are tailored to truly suit their clients requirements making them a successful business in an extremely tough market. As the market is tough, it makes sense to engage new employees on a temporary basis and hence a contract position has now become available on a 6-12 month basis.
The Role
Your role will incorporate all aspects of accounting, including;
- Liaison with internal stakeholders
- Debtor and Creditor Maintenance
- BAS and GST Compliance
- Analysis of property manager reports
- Analysis of fund performance
- Cash flow and Budgeting
- Audit preparation and liaison with auditors
- Review of fund models
Candidate
This position will require a candidate with impeccable commercial communication skills as your role will be an integral point of contact for all internal and external fund related enquiries. You will hold a full CA or CPA qualification and be flexible in your ability to remain on a 6 or 12 month contract. Experience in property fund accounting is also highly desirable, interviews will take place late this week to commence on 3rd November.
