Superb opportunity for emerging lawyer to join this leading Workplace Relations and Occupational Health and Safety team. Highly regarded team at prominent national firm.
The team has a very strong position in the market and is renowned for their pro-active and strategic approach. It is their practice to partner with leading organisations and work with those businesses to fashion effective procedures and strategies to minimise future conflict. Whilst they prefer to resolve conflict by negotiation, they have a real presence in the Courts and Commission.
The practice is reasonably broad across all areas of Workplace Relations and OHS. Similarly their clients span across industries including: resources, construction, health and professional services.
They are currently looking for a junior lawyer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join the team. Previous Workplace Relations or OHS experience will be highly regarded but those with strong litigation experience are equally encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training and mentoring program will be offered.
