My client is an international company specializing in manufacturing high quality steam valves. Additionally recognised and respected by the Australian people for over thirty years for providing equipment, specialized knowledge and outstanding before and after sales service. This family oriented employer of choice is now looking at recruiting a number of candidates due to high demand and internal promotion within their offices
At present this giant is on the look out for an Area Manager for Brisbane to work out of their offices in Capalaba. The ideal candidate for this position will hail from within the industry and experience in valves and or steam products are essential. This position would be ideal for a tradesman wishing to get off the tools or an experienced sales representative. The successful candidate will report to the State Manager and you will be assigned a specific region set in place along with budgets. Some travel within the state will be involved, a week every two months and in return you will be offered all the benefits of working for a family owned company where you will be appreciated and encouraged.
It is essential that you have excellent communication both written and verbal, be willing to work in a team environment and be confident talking to people at all levels. Above average computer skills and excellent presentation will set you apart from other candidates.
In return for your efforts my client is willing to offer you a base salary of $75,000 - $100,000 negotiable depending on your experience. At your disposal will be a fully maintained company vehicle along with Superannuation, laptop and mobile phone.
