As a leading services organisation based in the CBD, this organisation delivers its services nationally and they are constantly looking for new and improved environmental practices to implement.
Committed to delivering a “best practice” environment, in this role of Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor you will be required to drive and facilitate a culture of safety and continuous improvement and to develop strategies and provide strategic and operations advice on all aspects of OH&S.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of four that will be responsible for:
- Develop health, safety and environmental strategies
- Responsible for OH&S
- Manage and maintain accreditation
- Accident and incident investigation and reporting
- Health, Safety and environment monitoring
- Effective management of Workcover
- Audit support and facilitation
To be considered for this role, you will be tertiary qualified and be able to demonstrate effective people management and strong leadership skills, have superior interpersonal and relationship management skills including negotiation, influencing and consulting skills, along with an up-to-date knowledge on a range of HS&E related practices and processes.
This role has a lot of scope and challenge to suit a Health, Safety and Environmental Consultant with a history of developing strategic HS&E programs.
