Description
- North Shore Locaton
- $65,000 plus superannuation

You will be responsible for the management and operations of the retail outlet and its team to achieve all business objectives and key outcomes. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Motivate and lead the sales team
- Rostering of staff
- Maintain sufficient stock levels
- Oversee and respond to any customer complaints
- Stock take
- Overseeing general merchandising of the store
- Monitor back order reports
- Liaise with the support office, buyers and marketing teams
- Management reports as and when required
- Monitor, maintain and grow store gross profits
The ideal candidate will have a passion for Retail Management and your experience with Electronically and or White Goods would be advantageous.
