Description
The company is a national centre for design excellence and research, regarded highly for their professionalism and provision of expertise, knowledge and integrity both locally and nationally.
Providing technical support to on all matters relating to the design, planning and management of land, property, construction, environmental and social issues.
We are looking for a candidate who is a degree-qualified architect with a background in the financial services sector. To be driven to aggressively win projects and grow an already expanding arm of the business. Suitable candidates will also be able to lead an architecture project, have a strong grasp of strategic consulting methodology and a strong network within the consultancy sector.
Duties will consist of but not be limited to:
Provide mentoring and support to other team members in servicing project requirements and ensuring effective workload planning;
Utilise your skills and knowledge across a range of design packages including AutoCAD and Photoshop;
Oversee the concept, detailed design and contract administration phases on a wide variety of projects and submission proposals for potential clients;
Produce high quality freehand sketches in the production of concept designs, detailed designs and master plans;
