Account Receivable Supervisor / Team Leader / $55,000 - $65,000 + Super

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a hugely successful, well established and stable yet growing organisation based in the Western suburbs/Mt Ommaney region.

This role is not your standard supervisory position as you do not have to look after your own portfolio. Your main focus will be ensuring your 7 team members are looking after their allocated ledgers and enabling accurate management of accounts. You will also be reporting into the Credit Manager for all your own reporting and team updates.

Your focus will be as follows:

• Monitoring and developing existing processes to ensure ‘DSO’ targets are achieved by the team
• Creating reports using XL and it is advantageous to utilise pivot tables V-Look Ups etc
• Building and maintaining customer/client relationships whilst managing the credit risk exposure to the business
• Manipulating an internal database to create reports for the business and ensure there is open communication between Sales and Credit Department and your Credit Manager
• Developing a team by offering strong leadership qualities, a firm but very fair approach and positive re-enforcement to the team
