Our client is one of the world’s largest and most successful financial services providers with over 16 million members globally and over US$340 Billion in Assets under Administration. There is currently an opportunity to join the successful team as Manager for the Test Analyst Teams.
You role as the Test Manager you will have overall responsibility and accountability for the management of all testing, including specialised system and user acceptance testing for assigned projects.
You will also be responsible for:
- Liaising with the IT executive team and business owners
- Building a team with both internal and new resources (up to 5 staff)
- Implement and undertake appropriate test strategies and methodologies
- Provide technical expertise regarding automation and industry tools
- Review the specification documents for a wide range of core applications
- Document and design templates (test plans, test scenarios, testing models)
- Manage the risk strategy, the scheduling and reports of testing activities
The successful applicant will have:
- 5/10 years experience in a testing environment
- A proven experience in leadership and direct team management
- Ability to deliver results in a green field environment
- Well organized, committed, passionate with a high level of customer service
