Commercial Litigation- Excellent opportunity for junior/mid level lawyer to join a talented and welcoming team.
Due to continued growth the firm is now seeking a talented junior/mid-level litigator to join the firm's cohesive litigation team.
Working closely with a well regarded Partner, you will enjoy a consistent flow of interesting work from corporate and resources clients. The litigation team is currently made up of 5 lawyers and is friendly and knowledgeable. You will be provided with guidance from very accomplished lawyers in this field and will enhance your skills.
You will be engaged in a range of contentious corporate and commercial matters in the superior courts plus some major Warden's Court matters. Your role will also see you providing advice and outlining strategies to companies.
