- Machine Setter / Operator

Select Industrial is seeking skilled and committed people to work with one of Australia's leading electrical manufacturers at their new state of the art facility in the inner northern suburbs.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for.
- Identification and resolution of problems in relation to the setting and operation of equipment
- Identification and implementation of process improvement
- Work closely with production teams during the problem solving stages
- Completion of tool trials when required
- Setting of complex tools
- Timely resolution of issues
- Accurate 1st off samples
- Reporting non-conformances in accordance with company SOP's
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe environment
You must also have the ability to understand detailed instructions and work procedures, be able to work autonomously and demonstrate sound interpersonal and communication skills.
