One of Australia’s Leading Superannuation Administrators is currently looking for a Superannuation Administrator to join their team and look after there largest employer group in an account management style of administration service.
In this position you will provide 1st class customer service and ensure all administration services are in line with standards of service agreement as set with client. You will be responsible for processing, quality checking and assisting customers with their enquiries.
The successful applicant will have the following?
- Proven Administration & Customer Service experience
- Fast & Accurate data entry speed (alphanumeric and numeric 8000 ksph required)
- Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving & Computer Skills
