Our client is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to be the first point of contact for Incident Management, Desktop Support and Help Desk functions. You will also be required to re-engineer the current processes and procedures. They are looking for someone who can establish an ITIL based framework for the business and can introduce a new operating model for the service delivery teams.
This role will be responsible for building strong working relationships with executive level management, marketing the Service Delivery functions and taking a 'hands on' approach to the Helpdesk area.
