This well known Queensland practice has a reputation for commerciality, and the ability to think outside the square. With extensive precedent databases and an ongoing commitment to knowledge capture, the firm requires an experienced lawyer to take on the management of this important function. This role will take responsibility for the development and implementation of the overall precedent strategy, and will manage the delivery of new and updated precedents across the firm.
To be successful, you will require an understanding of document management, workflow design, and project coordination. You will be an experienced practitioner, a lateral thinker, and a self starter with the ability to inspire others. Whilst you will influence nominated lawyers to produce precedent copy, you will also be involved in drafting and delivering the end product. It follows that your skill strengths will include drafting, project and resource management, communication, time management and technology.
